Parisa Mehta is a student of Politics, Philosophy and Law (LLB) at King’s College London. Alongside her studies, she has been actively involved with non-profit and human rights organisations focused on creating greater opportunities for women and children from disadvantaged communities.
Most recently, Parisa interned with the National charity of the United Kingdom, contributing to projects aimed at improving educational access and outcomes for children. Through her work, she has developed a strong commitment to social justice, inclusion, and empowering young people to reach their full potential.
As an Ambassador for the Shamshir Foundation’s Cricket Beyond Sight initiative, Parisa is passionate about helping create opportunities for visually impaired young people through sport. She believes that participation in sport should not be a privilege, but a right that every child deserves to enjoy. Through her involvement, she hopes to promote greater inclusion, confidence, and opportunity, ensuring that every young person has the chance to experience the benefits that sport can bring both on and off the field.
